The number could double as Britain emerges from the deepest recession for over half a century and companies seek to expand their activities. Says UK COAL's business parks manager Ian Rogers: "When it comes to the provision of facilities and terms, we are substantially more attractive to tenants. The locations, a pleasant and welcoming environment and spacious storage and parking facilities also appeal. It's the complete package at affordable prices."
