The U.S. Department of Commerceissued final determinations in the antidumpinginvestigation of circular welded carbon qualitypipe from Oman, Pakistan (CVD as well), theUAE, and Vietnam. We have noted the dutypercentages in the Domestic Industry Newssection of this Report. Subsequently, onNovember 18, the ITC voted affirmative oninjury in the AD case against Pakistan, UAE,and Oman and negative against Vietnam.
