Asian PVC prices rose $17.50/mt on the week Wednesday, after Chinese end-users and traders widely accepted initial offers by Asian producers for February-delivery business. Last week, Taiwan, Japanese and South Korean producers placed their initial offers at $1,020-1,030/mt CFR China for February delivery.
