High density polyethylene prices for CFR Peru assessments held steady over last week with Asian offers to the country at the same levels. In the Peruvian market, Korean offers were flat at $1,650/mt CFR for HDPE film and at $1,640/mt CFR for blow molding. Resin bids in Peru were around $1,600/mt CFR for HDPE film and for HDPE blow molding at $1,590/mt CFR. Resin imports to Peru were described as slow due to buyers having plenty of inventory.
