The Asian PVC market slipped this week while waiting forfresh November offers. The CFR China and CFR SoutheastAsia prices fell $15/mt and $10/mt, respectively, week on week to both be assessed at $920/mt Wednesday, whilethe CFR India price fell $8/mt over the same period to$950/mt. There was no activity this week as marketparticipants were waiting for November offers. Asianproducers are expected to offer November deliverycargoes next Monday.
