A review and analysis of Internet finance and its mode, risks, causes and risk assessment method have been carried out, and the assessment of Internet financial risks via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been proposed. A survey of 30 experts in finance, information technology and government sectors has been conducted by designing questionnaires, and 23 valid questionnaires were obtained. The importance order of risk levels has been calculated, where the importance order of level I risk is: technical risk, operating risk, legal and regulatory risks, credit risk, operational risk and other risks.
