Outline your career and education to date.I have been in the industry for nearly 30 years, having graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, in 1983.1 worked for WLPU Consultants (now Knight Piesold) straight out of school. Initially, I was in the design office, and was then fortunate to be offered a field assignment on the Kiambere hydro-electric project in Kenya. This was a fantastic experience for a young engineer, and I obtained a much greater understanding of construction in my three years there.
