Mending Maryland's pipes

In Maryland, more of Baltimore's underwater sewer and waste-water veins are to see another hundred years of life thanks to a new rehabilitation contract. Insituform Technologies will carry out nearly seven miles (11.3km) of small- and medium-diameter cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) in waste-water pipelines throughout the region. About one mile of the installation will be for medium-diameter trunk sewers.
