I should state at the outset that this book review is written from the viewpoint of an economist, more specifically a trade economist. Readers should note that while trade economists do not understand many things about the subject to which they devote their lives, they do understand the notion of comparative advantage. Accordingly, this review will reflect my comparative advantage as well as my limitations vis-a-vis legal scholars.
