BGM-109 Tomahawk

BGM-109/RGM-109/UGM-109 Tomahawk is a subsonic cruise missile with both land-attack and antiship applications. Raytheon (formerly Hughes, formerly General Dynamics' Convair Div) and Boeing Aerospace (now Boeing) had been the dual-source producers of the missile, but in 1992 Congress mandated a winner-take-all contract starting in FY94. This competition was won by Hughes (now Raytheon).
