THIRTY-SIX CASES OF NEURITIS OF LATERAL CUTANEOUS NERVE OF THIGH TREATED BY MAGNETIC ROUND PLUM-BLOSSOM NEEDLE PLUS INFRARED RADIATION

摘要

Thirty-six cases of neuritis of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh were treated by magnetic round plum-blossom needle plus infrared radiation and it was compared with simple acupuncture treatment. Statistical analysis indicated that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects between the two methods, but magnetic round plum-blossom needle plus infrared radiation had as high therapeutic effect as simple acupuncture treatment and with the method pateints suffered less without infection and it was easily to be accepted by patients.
