Food manufacturer Speedibake has selected Barloworld Handling as its sole materials handling supplier, and a new fleet of Hyster warehouse and counterbalance lift trucks is now in place at its Bradford site. Speedibake is part of Allied Bakeries and produces a wide range of products including, garlic bread, plain baguettes, muffins, pies and tarts at the Bradford site. Mick Bartle, warehouse process manager, says the company was already receiving reliable service from Barloworld at another site, so it decided to go with a single source supplier.
