While the pandemic and the ongoing uncertainty around Brexit may have dominated the airwaves - and boardroom agendas - for the past 12 months, there is another topic that is helping to shape the New Normal. A Manufacturing Management survey, in association with energy and sustainability consultancy, Inenco, has revealed that environmental sustainability is finding itself increasingly shaping business decisions amongst UK manufacturing leaders. Our initial survey, conducted a year ago, found an increasing awareness of the benefits of sustainable operations, and the latest results show that even the disruptive events of 2020 did nothing to change this.
