Another licensing nightmare

I am an engineer with the Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nan-tucket Steamship Authority, where I have worked for 17 years.rnOver a year ago I applied for a license upgrade to chief engineer (limited). I was approved for the new license exam by the National Maritime Center and passed the written exams at the Boston REC in March 2009.
