A high-profile week of promotional activities in October involving major UK retailers will provide the launch pad for the recently announced Wool Project campaign initiated by HRH The Prince of Wales. The campaign aims to significantly increase awareness of the benefits of wool among UK consumers, particularly in the mid-market and value areas, and in turn help wool growers earn a higher return for their wool. The campaign will involve a range of initiatives, with the promotional week in October, to be called the Wool Week, providing the initial impetus.
