In US dollar terms, the market was up 4 cents (0.5%) at 823 US cents/kg clean, with the Australian dollar rising from 88.7 US cents on February 11 to 90.1 US cents on February 17 and then falling to 89.6 US cents on February 18. In euros, the market was up 11 cents (1.8%), with the Australian dollar rising from 64.3 cents on February 11 to 66.0 cents on February 18. The week's offering of 47,568 bales (including a New Zealand-only offering in Melbourne on February 16) brought a clearance of 91 %.
