Armadillo Merino shoots for the stars

Armadillo Merino, a manufacturer of next-to-skin protection garments for professionals working in high-risk environments, has extended its reach to the aerospace market. Andy Caughey, the Armadillo managing director, said the company, which is based in Derbyshire in the UK, has received three orders for its Cobra T-shirt from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) over the last 12 months to be used by its astronauts. Caughey said the repeat orders show an ongoing relationship between NASA and Armadillo Merino.
