HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall learnt about the heritage of the iconic Irish brand Magee 1866 during a tour of the company's mill in Donegal Town on May 25. During the royal visit, held to mark Magee 1866's 150th anniversary, the Prince and the Duchess visited the weaving mill, guided by Lynn Temple, chairperson of Magee 1866, learning about how the fabric is designed and made, and the story behind the Irish brand. The Prince, who is patron of The Campaign for Wool, and the Duchess chatted extensively with the 100-strong workforce at the mill.
