Filo, held on 26-27 September, marked its 50th edition, reflecting on a steady growth that has seen it become a fixture on the schedule for designers and mills seeking yarns and fibres for both woven and knitted fabrics for the next season, which this time was spring/summer 2020. The show was praised by Italian government and industry representatives, and a 50th party was held in the grounds of the elegant Palazzo delle Stelline, Filo's home for 25 years.
