Twenty-one European 'stakeholders' from the Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear (TCLF) sectors have come together in a project to upgrade skills for the new digital economy.The aim of the four-year Erasmus+ project, called Skills4Smart TCLF, is to create a robust and sustainable community of private and public actors across Europe,which will re-shape and update skills and education in these traditional sectors, within an EU-wide skills strategy. Partners from nine countries came together at a recent two-day inaugural meeting in Brussels.
