Lynden Aged Care chooses Amcom Software's enterprise middleware solution

Amcom Software Inc. announced that Lynden Aged Care, a not-for-profit aged care provider in Camberwell, Victoria, has improved the way their staff communicate with one another as well as with residents using Amcom Software's Commtech Messenger middleware. The solution from Commtech Wireless, a division of Amcom Software, sends alerts from Lyn-den's nurse call systems directly to the correct staff member. Rather than caregivers spending time locating staff around the facility, Commtech Messenger allows Lynden to specify which staff members should receive each notification and the type of communication device the caregiver is using. This enhanced communication process improves resident care and provides a safer environment.
