Enter Tomer Kagan, cofounder and CEO of Qulxey, a five-year-old startup that's using a technology called deep linking to make the stuff that happens inside apps as Interconnected as the web. The thought is that this will unlock apps' true potential. Instead of search-Ing for pages, Quixey's engine hunts for actions.
