By the time this article goes to press, it will have been five months since Minister of Transport Baird announced that Transport Canada Civil Aviation would be repatriating the business aviation POC certification process as of April 1, 2011. During these past five months, CBAA's staff and the board transition committee have been diligently working and continue to work with Transport Canada Civil Aviation on a myriad of issues to ensure a smooth transition into 2011 and beyond.
