The Canadian Border Services Agency may be able to help accommodate certain business aviation flights clear, even if they exceed the standard PAX maximums. To find out if a flight qualifies, business aviation operators are urged to contact CBSA directly as early as possible, with a clear indication of the number of people on the flight, including crew, and their nationalities, the fact that there are no commercial travellers on board, details on the flight, aircraft, routing, etc. Business aviation flights that have done so and met all the require ments have successfully worked with CBSA to allow well over the 30 maximum allowed at YYZ.
