Jamie woods (above) is the new operating group director for Regulated Industries at consulting and business services group Mouchel. Woods, who joined Mouchel as a graduate in 1996, has risen through the ranks of the group's water business. Commenting on Woods' promotion, Mouchel chief executive Richard Cuth-bert, said: "Jamie's extensive experience working with Mouchel's clients in the water and environment industries places him in a strong position to drive the new Regulated Industries operating group and to ensure that we deliver benefits at every level to our clients -from asset management performance to major capital programmes.
