Delivering tomorrow's engineering leaders

The stream Industrial Doctorate Centre (IDC) represents more than ￡6M worth of investment by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) with a further ￡2M coming from industry. Coordinated by Cranfield University's Centre for Water Science, the consortium of universities delivering the STREAM IDC also includes Imperial College London, the University of Exeter, the University of Sheffield, and Newcastle University.The programme works by first securing industry sponsorship for research projects and then recruiting Research Engineers (REs) to register for an Engineering Doctorate degree.
