Renew takes over Lewis Civil Engineering

Lewis Civil Engineering has been taken over by engineering services group Renew Holdings for £7.9M. The acquisition is in line with Re-new's strategy of growing its engineering services operations where strong framework positions can be secured. Cardiff-based Lewis Civil Engineering specialises in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and assets within the water industry. With clients including Wessex Water and Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, the company provides its services through framework agreements and employs about 175 skilled personnel.
