Mott MacDonald signs up to the industry-led 5% Club

Mott MacDonald has pledged to ensure that at least 5% of its UK workforces are on a formalised apprentice, sponsored student and/or graduate programme, having signed up to The 5% Club. The club is an industry-led campaign focused on creating career opportunities for apprentices and graduates in the UK. With the government's National Infrastructure Plan for Skills (NIPS) having identified the need for more than 250,000 construction and 150,000-plus engineering construction workers by 2020, there is a need to recruit and train nearly 100,000 additional workers by the end of the decade.
