Efficient Service Delivery, better known as ESD, is the alliance formed to provide non-infrastructure services to Scottish Water for the six-year regulatory period ending March 2021, with the option for a six-year extension. ESD is a joint venture between MWH, Galliford Try and Black & Veatch, and is responsible for programme management, design, stakeholder engagement, construction and commissioning for water and wastewater treatment projects across all of Scotland on behalf of Scottish Water.
