2004 Survey Measures Members' Satisfaction With League's Progress

In 2001, the League conducted its first opinion survey to measure members' attitudes toward League advocacy activities, as well as their expectations for the Grassroots Network (GRN). The 2001 survey serves as the benchmark against which subsequent surveys are measured. This year during February and March, the League once again polled mayors, council members and city managers to gauge how well it is serving its members.
