League Honors 2004 Legislators of the Year

One highlight of the League of California Cities 2004 Annual Conference was the presentation of the League's Legislator of the Year award. The League recognized two individuals — Assembly Member Kevin McCarthy and Assembly Member Simon Salinas —. for their accomplishments in 2004, and both deserve a tremendous amount of praise and thanks for their efforts on behalf of California's cities.
