摘要

Random studies into the transformation behaviour of welded joints in steel S355N (StE 355), using two of the fillers (stick and flux-cored wire electrode) normally used for the welding of this material, are presented. Special specimens of the base metal and the pure weld metal were subjected to a simulated weld heat cycle. While cooling down in 100 K steps in the temperature range between 800℃ and room temperature the specimens were tensile tested. Time-temperature-transformation curves and diagrams of the mechanical-technological properties illustrate the structural condition and the mechanical-technological properties which prevail at room temperature after passing through a simulated weld heat cycle.
