'DVS Congress' with new concept in 2020

This year's "DVS Congress" in Rostock ended with a trend-setting announcement: The congress, which took place from 16 to 17 September 2019 and, as usual, united the Welding Technology Conference and the DVS Student Congress under one roof, will inform visitors on three days starting next year. With its new event concept, the DVS will in future allow more room to the results of research work. Together with the DVS Research Association for Welding and Allied Processes, the results of currently completed joint research projects will be presented at next year's congress. It will take place from 14 to 16 September 2020 in Koblenz.
