WW readers may remember the Earl's Court Boat Show - no, not the London Boat Show in its pre-ExCeL days, but a recent attempt to stage an all-new show at the West London venue. It wasn't staged in 2009, but the organisers have been working on a broader-based event, the British Leisure Show, for this spring.rnHeld at Royal Windsor Racecourse, on the banks of the Thames, it has eight 'zones' including one devoted to boating. Inland exhibitors will include the EurEau Web waterway satnav, engine manufacturers E.P. Barrus, river cruiser retailers Bates Wharf, the Tingdene Marinas group, and the Inland Waterways Association. French Brothers will be running a half-hourly dedicated river taxi service from the showground to Windsor Town Centre.
