Two Stratford-upon-Avon gardeners are kicking their heels in frustration after the waterways closure in March prevented them from replanting an award-winning lockside garden Ken and Linda Wheeler, who volunteer with the Canal & River Trust's Towpath Taskforce, discovered the overgrown and forgotten site by Lock 55 on the Stratford Canal two years ago.
