As the Baby Boomer Generation passes into retirement, some organisations are challenged with a loss of 50% of their workforce over the next five years - one in two of the most experienced people; full of corporate, and in some cases highly specialised, knowledge. In my column last month I raised the challenge of developing the water sector's skilled resources for a sustainable future which, over the next ten years, will see the most rapid change in the history of urban water supply and sanitation.
