Our biggest conference yet, as the Australian Water Industry grows in response to the increasing demands on what seems to be ever decreasing water resources in the populated south.rnAn overall report is best summed up as a transcript of Allen Gale's final words, as Chair of the Ozwater '09 Organising Committee.rnHe said every Chair says "wasn't it just great" and he was no different, but the feedback he was getting corroborated his own impressions. "We started on the Sunday with a community Water Festival, which was successful in a number of ways, perhaps the best that, being outdoors, it broke Melbourne's drought. We also ran Sunday Workshops which were well attended and debated.
