The key challenges facing the Australian water industry in the next 20 years are generally well understood by young professionals in our industry. We are all aware that reduced water supplies due to climate change, increased pressure to make our industry more sustainable and the looming skills shortage will greatly impact us in the next 10-20 years. As young water professionals we spend a lot of time focusing on these issues in our various workshops and technical sessions.
