Young Water Professionals (YWP)

In the four-and-a-half years I have been working in the water industry I have noticed that there tends to be two types of young professionals in the industry - those who are totally enthralled with the company they are working for and those who are not quite sure if the organisation they started their career with is quite right for them. Many of the latter group will simply look for a new position that suits them better, but for others the prospect of leaving a stable position so early in their career is a little daunting.
