VALE (BILL) WILLIAM DULFER

William Dulfer was born in 1926. He was educated at Scotch College, Melbourne and enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy and served as an Able Seaman in a minesweeper towards the end of the war. He completed his civil engineering degree at Melbourne University and in 1951, after his graduation, joined the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works (now Melbourne Water) as a junior engineer.
