Lisbon to host the 2014 IWA World Water Congress - major IWA events to take place in applicant cities of Brussels, Dublin and Istanbul

Members of IWA's Governing Assembly ranked Lisbon, Portugal as first to host the biennial IWA World Water Congress and Exhibition in 2014. The IWA Board of Directors had previously nominated two venues, Lisbon and Brussels, for ranking by the Assembly.rn'We were very impressed by all the applications, not only by the winning proposal.
