With more than 2800 products, including what it describes as 'the world's most valuable brand', the Coca-Cola Company is the world's largest beverage company, with a stake in most parts of the globe. The company is also a key stakeholder involved in the stewardship of water resources and an important end-user of water resources. Because of its intimate involvement in the water cycle, the company has ambitious targets for water reuse and water efficiency, and in 2007 it pledged to achieve water neutrality, defined as replacing all of the water used in its beverages and their production.
