Madrid's reuse construction conserves supplies

Nearly five years into an ambitious €600 million ($770 million) water reuse plan, Canal de Isabel II, the regional water company of Spanish capital Madrid, is well advanced with its construction of treatment plants and distribution networks that will allow reuse of water throughout the region.
