CITIES OF IHL FUTURE

摘要

Sustainable water and wastewater management is a hot topic for urban water environment improvement, both now and in future development. In China, as well as other developed and developing regions in the world, there has been an increasing demand on water supply for domestic, municipal, industrial and environmental uses in the expanded and/or newly developed urban areas. Many efforts have to be made to overcome water shortages and environmental deterioration. In China, a series of national projects are underway for this purpose.
