Tackling off-flavours in the aquatic environment

Experts from many countries gathered in Scotland, UK, in August, to discuss off-flavours in the aquatic environment. The five-day event, the Ninth IWA Symposium on Off-Flavours in the Aquatic Environment, was hosted by the Institute of Innovation, Design and Sustainability at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
