Tsurumi aerators deliver clog-free purification at Russian water treatment plant

A team of aerators and an ejector system from Tsurumi are providing efficient and maintenance-free service at a water treatment plant in Tyumen City, Russia. The plant, which provides clean drinking water for thousands of people, was suffering from regular shutdowns and rising costs caused by blockages. Groundwater in many parts of Russia has a high iron content plus traces of manganese and silicic acid. These contaminants must be removed but in the process they cause damage to purifying equipment - aeration systems in particular.
