Aquarion Group acquires Hager + Elsaesser

Aquarion Group has acquired the assets of Hager + Elsaesser GmbH. Hager + Elsaesser systems and solutions for industrial process water and wastewater treatment and resource recovery are installed in thousands of plants in more than 160 countries around the world. The company focuses on semiconductor and microelectronics, power generation, petrochemical (downstream), solar, pulp and paper, food and beverage production, and Pharmaceuticals. Its flagship technologies include proprietary biological, thermal and membrane solutions. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
