Ground water professionals today need to be more professional in their approach to business in order for their companies to thrive in the changing industry. Larger entities want to control access, and water well contractors could be completely sidestepped. NGWA's approach to education is vital to improving professionalism, Lyons says. In the coming year, he wants to continue promoting NGWA as a valuable resource to members, legislators, and consumers.
