There is not a better topic to discuss than safety as we collectively head into another summer season of work-hopefully a busy and prosperous one for all of us.rnWe are constantly subjected to an endless barrage of the same old and tired mandates such as how to maintain work site safety, block a crane properly, and set up a safety program from our insurance carriers, bosses, OSHA, and others.rnBut even as helpful as all of these topics are, there is an element of safety I feel is often overlooked-and even ignored in many cases. And that is a discussion of all the little things we can do day to day that individually and collectively go into helping to keep us safe on the job and return us back home at night to our families.
