Groundwater and the Clean Water Act

The Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule was one of the most controversial regulations put forward by the Obama administration, and accordingly, was one of the first priorities the Trump administration committed to reversing. As that process is underway, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is now seeking public comment on groundwater/ surface water interaction, offering a new opportunity for groundwater industry professionals.
